Parkvillen Urfahr

4040 Linz, Upper Austria

Perfectly located, with the Pöstlingberg and the Danube on the doorstep, the Parkvillen form the ideal center of life for their residents in the center of Urfahr and thus combine the best of two worlds.

Modern Living Comfort.

A total of 35 apartments, spread across 4 buildings, with living spaces ranging from 48 m² to 134 m², have been constructed here. Due to the hillside location, the entire villa area offers exciting views of Linz Castle, the old town, and nature. The chosen earth tones ensure that the ensemble blends harmoniously into the surroundings. Accents made from natural wood further enhance the complex.

In Harmony with Nature

The Park Villas are also characterized by the generous planning of green spaces with plenty of open areas. Respectful interaction with nature is an important aspect – old trees have been preserved, and the planting of new trees and shrubs completes the park-like character of the project. The direct connection to the public transport network, as well as short distances to the city center and nature, make living at Brennerstraße 8 truly unique.

„The high-quality furnishings and the respectful interaction quickly convinced us. The on-time handover of the apartment allowed for optimal coordination of furniture deliveries, ensuring a smooth move. An entirely positive experience from the very first minute.“

Kreuzbergstraße 24

6800 Feldkirch, Vorarlberg

The three cube-shaped buildings of the residential complex on the outskirts of Feldkirch blend harmoniously into their surroundings. Dark glazed wooden slats on the façade and balcony parapets create effective contrasts. Large elliptical openings in the distribution platforms bring in light and offer a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains.
