The three cube-shaped buildings of the residential complex on the outskirts of Feldkirch blend harmoniously into their surroundings. Dark glazed wooden slats on the façade and balcony parapets create effective contrasts. Large elliptical openings in the distribution platforms bring in light and offer a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains.

Harmonious living with a connection to nature

The well-designed 2- to 4-room apartments are accessed via a shared green and covered courtyard, which serves as a meeting zone for residents. Private gardens and spacious balconies and terraces offer personal outdoor spaces. Solid oak parquet flooring, floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, and elegant bathroom furniture create a stylish living atmosphere.

Preservation of nature

The optimal ratio of built-up area to living space was achieved through a central access platform for all three buildings. This allowed old trees and a large part of the existing garden to be preserved.
