Auf WhatsApp fortfahrenWe take our corporate responsibility seriously at every stage: from the selection of the plot to the creation of your new Swietelsky home.
We carry out a careful site analysis for all newly acquired properties and projects. In doing so, we consider existing and potential natural hazards and future climate changes. In this way, we create an ideal location for your sustainable home.
In all our projects, we ensure that the requirements of the EU taxonomy are met during the planning process. We promote CO2 reduction in the construction industry and attach particular importance to ecological construction methods in conjunction with low-emission building materials.
During the construction phase, we focus on environmental protection by minimizing noise, dust and waste. We continuously review our sustainability goals along the value chain in collaboration with experts. On the construction site, we employ external material ecologists who check every material and approve it for installation.
In order to achieve the EU's climate and environmental goals, a common framework was created with the EU Taxonomy Regulation. With our real estate development, we meet these requirements in environmental objective one, climate protection, and thus make a significant contribution to climate protection.
We subject every project location to a climate risk and vulnerability analysis. This means that potential climate risks are considered and assessed for the entire lifespan of the building.
Among other things, a thermal building simulation is also carried out to map overheating in summer. In addition, the drainage system is designed for heavy rainfall events.
Further quality checks of the building, such as thermography measurements, blower door tests (= air tightness tests) and indoor air measurements, will ensure that your new home has a pollutant-free indoor climate and the best conditions for your living space.
This means you can be sure that your new home is built to be climate-friendly in the long term.
As part of Swietelsky AG, the Group's sustainability strategy is also incorporated into our activities. Construction is energy and resource intensive. That is why we take targeted measures to minimize the environmental impact in the construction industry and promote sustainable change. We are continuously working to reduce our ecological footprint along the entire value chain.
Our sustainability strategy forms the basis of our activities in the three areas of environment, social affairs and governance. It defines our goals and the measures we take to achieve these goals.
