Döbling, located in the northwest of Vienna at the edge of the Vienna Woods, is traditionally considered an ideal place for a fulfilling life with its charming alleys and old trees. Generously laid-out villa districts with beautiful houses from various architectural eras still characterize the district’s image today.

Intimacy through privacy

The houses are situated in a beautiful park – with more than 8,000 m² of undeveloped land with old trees and meadows. Additionally, each apartment features generously sized balconies or spacious terraces, and those on the ground floor have fenced private gardens. They offer views in at least two directions – and yet are not visible to neighbors.
