All work steps are digitally documented and checked on site by specialists, including experts in technical overhead lines, architecture, statics, building physics and construction technology. This means that all work steps are fully digitally recorded - from excavation to handover.

5. Handover phase

Time for the big moment - moving into your new home. After months of anticipation and excitement, the day of the handover has arrived. Together we enter your new Swietelsky Developments condominium for the first time. You have already been able to follow the process with excitement. Now you can see how your wishes and ideas have been realised in reality.
