In Atzgersdorf in Vienna's 23rd district, we are planning a new construction project with approx. 120 residential units, two commercial units and an underground car park not far from the Atzgersdorf rapid transit station. 
The historically valuable building part of the former "Kleinbahn"-factory will be revitalised and redeveloped for commercial use.
